Kelly Appeal Update

J Michael Kelly filed an appeal with respect to the Pro Commission's decision to deny the application for a record from the Louisiana Race for OSY-400. The appeal went to APBA's Appeals Commissioner, Charles Strang. That appeal was filed in late June. In late July, Pro Chairman, Steve Greaves, filed a response. As the Chief Referee, I filed a Response as well. That was filed this week.

According to the By Laws, the Appeals Commissioner may decide the appeal or he may appoint a committee. That is totally up to him. This is all I know at this time.
