  • BSH Wakefield?

Any BSR drivers have an extra engine and prop for BSH? I'd like to run my Runne Craft against the BIG GUYS! You know, " Go fast, make left turns".
Anyone interested in lending them out give me a yell!
    Thanks,
    11J
PS Please don't tell Ryan Runne or Johnny!

      Bsh?

      Earl,
Do you think that boat is big enough dude? I would think that any boat that runs out front in ASH would have to be too small for B Hydro. Measure it up, maybe we can work something out.

        ASH in BSH!

        Dudes,

The only guy I know of that got away with this was Jeff Hutchins. One year he flipped while coming back from the scale right in front of the Wisco pits at Wakefield by the reeds.

Hey Warbs if nothing else it would be exciting to see...lol. Years ago I ran a 15SS on a short sponson A Sid and on a perfect day ran a 20H on it but the new A boats are for A or AX , Earl I think you need a little more lumber under you for this to work

Jesse's right, that boat ain't big enough for a B. Way to much lift.

Hey Guys, I would be very careful as always! Just look at the picture with the A on it, it still has about 3 inches left on the tail end for a B to stay in the water. This is what racing is all about FUN!
              See ya soon!

                You can do it...

                Earl,

Joey Z. ran BSH on an A boat in 2002...He was a little out of shape but he ended up with a 2nd..

I have a good prop you can run and it's for sale if you or anyone else like it.
It's as fast as my best BSH wheel that won in California...
See me at Wakefield if interested..

You just need to find a good motor...Defebo's have a bunch.

                    ASH in BSH

Don't do it! Joey Z's ride was an old-style KG4 ASH boat and those boats were bigger than the current ASHs (even though the KG4's went slower, but that's another thread).

Kevin Mallilieu tried this and lost his leg as a result. It's not safe and you will get hurt. The ASHs are too short and the sponsons are too small. Instead, borrow somebody's light 20SSH boat. Ask Tim Sidor; this will work and be very competitive. Ed.

Earl if you need a boat you are more than welcome to mine but I dont know if you would be able to pick it up (Long Island). If I had known you were looking earlier I would have sent it with my father but he left a day earlier than planned. Anyway let me know if you want it.

                            David,
The thing is I wanted to run my Runne Craft. I think that is super of you wanting to lend a friend your good boat. Thanks again pal and hopefully I will see you at Lock Haven!

                              Earl,
I talked to my father who is already at wakefield and he has a special gift just for you... he has two b engines and one has your name on it. Just see him when you get there. His boat is 94-N and I think 38-N is the number on his other boat. Good luck up there.
