The weather cleared and we had sun this past weekend here in Maine. Fridays testing was delayed untill 2pm, but the sun came out and we got in 4 good hours. Sautrday was nice, sunny, cool and no wind. A full set of classes with no one geting wet,( well, a omc powerhead went for a swim by itself). The dinner in the pits was great. Sunday we had 2 classes left when a light rain came and went and we had the program finished by 4 pm. The mix of drivers and classes from APBA and AOF worked well with scoring and safety running flawlessly. I hope to see more drivers at the next event in Warren Maine. ( the thaught of a fall race has come up also) . Shawn

AOF thanks you for being invited. It takes just one race to realize how easy it is to combine the organizations races and classes. More work goes into tryng to convince everyone that it can be done and done easily. Boat racers are boat racers, no matter what their affilitation.
