You and the folks of your generation and energy level are the ones who will fix the problems of today and hopefully take our sport to the next level. As I have told you personally in the past, you have my best wishes and I hope you all the best. You have endevoured to place youself in positions of responsibility and decision making so that you can leave your imprint on our sport. For that I congratulate and salute you and I wish you every success. BUT, never forget where we are now and HOW WE GOT THERE, AND WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE. Someone much wiser than we said, "Those who forget the past, are doomed to repeat it" or some such. Use all the informaton you have and what you have learned in the last year or so, the right way, and you can't miss. You have a lot of people both pulling for you and depending on you. Good Luck.

Action being taken

I am proud to say that some action is coming of this.
