obra purchased Frank Zorkins boats and motors(Stock stuff) and it was quickly purchased by the Garrity family from Oklahoma City. They are looking for a four boat trailer. Now, in Oklahoma City we have four drivers. They also purchased a C Mod hydro from Joejohn Shulte, so they may convert a 302 to a mod motor. What's up Doc? Race team has Eagle(Clearwater craft) and a 302 with Prop for sale to a Oklahoma driver. We are short on Runabouts in our area. The Garritys got a beautiful one from Frank. We want to discuss the possibility of adding a 20 (A) restrictor to a C mod runabout and put that in the B (350)class. This may encourage more runabouts. Giving a runabout driver 4 heats of racing. As we run both classes with different boats, we estimate 4 miles per hour difference between the two classes unless your Jerry Davids(lol).

Great idea. Whether it be competitive or not,, would you consider allowing the 20c.i. Hot Hot also in that class??

The 20ci/B Hot Rod is legal in NBRA B Runabout & B Hydro as a modified engine already. Looking at presenting it as a stock engine for our A classes at the next National Meeting.

John,, thanks for over looking my Hot Hot spelling.. The 20 c.i. Hot Rod would be a good addition to the "A" Class as the Y-80 is also a 20 c.i. motor.
In saying that,, a driver could run 2 hydro class and 2 runabout class with one motor. That's great boat time.. Being always competitive is not always
the ultimate condition as much as more boat time,,, just my opinion. Thanks for your input.. Davey Viola, Y-33 retired,, bit thinkin'.

Have bought sitka spruce and runabout plans. More to follow. Thanks again.
