Hi there I am looking to modify a currently stock 102 that I have for cmh and was just wondering what needs to be done to have a suitable motor and are there any parts out there new or used to do so any info is appreciated also boat specifications would also be interesting

You can buy the whole conversion kit through the APBA MOD commission. Very nice parts and single source for all of it.
