Need help finding ... Pavlick Hydro and 20H

In 2002 the Pavlick hydro and 20H pictured were sold to a gentleman collector (last name Moecker) who lived in the Baltimore area. Any chance it was "John Mauck" and not "Moecker" ?

It was shipped to his office address in Baltimore to the attention of his wife Susan Moecker.
