Cool Tool in 500MH?

Is it legal to run a Cool Tool in 500MH? Does someone make a nosecone for the gearcase?

I am pretty sure Mod doesn't care how you get water to the power head and also don't have any tower rules. I have seen nose cone setups but also boat mounted pickup (think old keller speedometer water pickup). So a cool tool shouldn't be an issue.

You might want to check out bobsmachine.com also. Ron Hill may also have some nose cones, he had a post on boatracingfacts.com showing them.
