Brown Tool steering hub bolt circle

I am building a new 125 mod hydro and need to know where to knock holes in the dash for steering. Did not see a dimension on the BTM site and have not heard back yet. If anybody knows what that bolt circle diameter is I'd appreciate it, thanks!

Kyle is out in the shop building the boat while I'm at work. I don't know how soon he will see this. All we need is if they are 1/4" bolts and what diameter they are on or alternately what radius from center. We want to get the SS tee nuts installed so we can get the front cowling on.
