1998, the race was in October back then. There was ice on the boats Sunday morning!

I just left the pits about an hour ago. Boats from Canada, PA, Virginia, Maine, Massachusetts,....Howie showed up with his Dad.
Scott Smith will be pitting for his son Lliam as he makes his debut in J hydro. This is the third generation of Smith to race. Lliam is the grandson of the legendary Riggs Smith.

Cant remember what year I was out there but took the Reed Memorial trophy for 20H hydro back to Wisconsin!!! Thanks Coop for the engine and prop!!!
