Please welcome the Country of Ecuador into APBA Region 5. , The Home of the World's longest Stock Outboard Marathon 64.3 mile Regata Guayaquil-Vinces

Back in 1975 Region 5 Boat Racing Club of Palm Beach County, Fl we put together a race weekend and invited them from Ecuador. They raced in boats we lent them. We had a great time. Great to see they are in Region 5.
