APBA has a new website

Either I totally missed the boat (har har), or I missed an announcement, or something, but APBA has a new website.

The original http://www.apba.org link doesn't work anymore. I just went to it and all I got is a bunch of gobbeldy gook. I poked around a little and it seems a new website is available at: http://www.apba.org/new

The original (xx.org) works for me. The new (xx.org/new) is not completely functional (seems that way for me) and probably is being developed and will (might) replace the original ?

There was a problem with the old site last night. That has been fixed.

Yes, there is work happening behind the scenes to upgrade the site and you did stumble upon it I believe.
