Very fresh Tohatsu D class engine. Was bought brand new. Has exhaust pipe installed in mid section and removed the recoil starter. Nbra legal as it sits,you would need to remove the pipe and add a starter to make APBA legal, runs perfect and strong. It was my teammates engine.
