  • Lake Placid Race Update

For The Upcoming Lake Placid, January 21/22 Race, I Have
Contacted Most Of The Region Five "a" Boats (aof Calls This
Class "o") And The Following People Have Committed For
    The Following Classes:

    "ash" Or "osh"

    Lawrence
    Mackrell,a
    Brown
    Mackrell,b
    Koehler
    Schlip
    Pinner

    "asr" or "osr"

    Mackrell
    Brand
    Schlip
    Koehler

For Those Who Have Inquired About "axsh", Be Adivised
That Carl Staron Informed Me This Morning That He
Will Run The Class As A "special Event," Provided Three
Or More Boats Enter. At This Point, Three Boats Have
Committed (malone, Mcdermott, mackrell) And There May
Be Others From The Above Groups.

Anyone Who I Was Unable To Contact And Plans To
Race In The Aformentioned Classes, Please Post Your
Name And Class, But, As Of Right Now, It Is Going To
Be A Solid Turnout For The "a" ("o") Classes.

Dan, I can not imagine you not having fun at Lk Placid. It's a great place to do your thing. Wish I were going to be there but skiing is going to take precedence.

It was not the sking that got me a couple of years ago it was falling off the roof of my house. Well, should I live through it, we are going to ski a week in Colorado, 3 or 4 days in Utah, a few days at LakeTahoe, and a couple days at Mammoth in central California. What a life! I've got to do this because I see the light at the end of the tunnel and it is a freight train.

I can't make it but Allan is in Cressent City painting a house and ran into/talked to Dave Bennett. Said he might take his D-MOD rig.
Would be looking for a pilot.
