Huntington Indiana Hog Roast

We will be having the second annual hog roast in the pits after racing is done on Saturday the 3rd.

Roskowski Racing will provide the smoked pulled pork and the buns. We just ask that others bring some dishes to pass around.

I think that I can say with confidence, that it can't rain on us more than it did last year, and even with the lousy weather, it was well attended.

Please spread the word and come hungry!

Just seasoned about 40# of pork to get it in the smoker for Saturday. It is smelling great already. Lets all build this into an annual event. Who all is coming for the pitch in in the pits on Saturday? I need to get a rough idea for the bun count.....
