Good suggestion Dean, I've got brand new ones right here on the shelf...$1950. Bolt it on, service it, and go racing.

Of course, if it's fixable...??, I've got Gear-sets ($495); Prop shafts ($265); Pinion shafts ($245); Bearing & Seal kits ($165); Brass pump wearplates ($49); Pump Impellers (Genuine Mercury, $14.50); Impeller drive keys (Mercury, $3.00); Shearpins ( 1 1/4" long, 1/4" dia, aircraft clevis pins, 5 per bag $7).
