  • Is this your shirt?

I'm getting a new t-shirt designed and happened across this guy online in the states who said "Hey I might have what your looking for..." and showed me this pic

Anyone recognize this shirt/logo? Just curious who's it might be. Not to often you talk to a shirt shop guy and he actually knows the kind of boats you race.

it looks like the logo used on the posters at Whitney Point in 2001

I would guess that Whitney Point would have used Real Runner/Thompson for designs? But maybe not.

I don't think the guy who made this (or is claiming to have made this) is in racing or he would have said something.

went into the workshop and checked, it was a generic poster I think created by APBA or perhaps one of the regions. It had a blank space where you write in your race info.

Not to confuse the issue, but maybe you're thinking of the "Fast and Furious" APBA poster with this boat on it?

If not, I'd love to get a copy of the poster for my collection...

            Posters

Hello Andrew: I have a stack of Fast and Furious posters, I will check them out but I think I only have Runabout posters left, not sure if I have any hydro ones but if I do I will send you one. The runabout is of Bobby Austin's boat I am pretty sure. Bob is an artist and may well have drawn that hydro, it sure looks like his handy work. I will get back with you asap...Joan Brewster in Ohio.

Let me know if you need her email address, email me at JoBrewster@AOL.com. Happy Holidays up there in the cold north, we are -9 windchill here in Ohio tonight, brrrrrr....Joan Brewster
