Mercury 20H Ignition Conversion

Thought this was interesting....... Guy mounted the OMC mag plate to the Phelon then cut the center of the OMC plate to the same ID of the Phelon........ Not sure but wonder if there is a hole saw that matches the Phelon ID ?
