Race distances are similar to APBA. The insurance company want you to keep the public safe as they do not sign waivers. Each site is different because of terrain. Food vendors are required to have a insurance policy. NBRA has a good record and that develops trust and low fees. Stock and Mod races have no claims because of our speeds and we have no spectator boats. Once you sign the waiver, the insurance company has little risk. Our rates would be higher if we were required to have a 5 million limite. We had a club that wanted 2 million but we wanted to keep our cost down and we turned them down.
