No, sorry. That is not stock.

According to the rules on the APBA website, a hole no larger than 1.38" may be drilled into the cover.

I believe that is a misprint, so before anyone drills a hole in their 321 cover, you might want to really be sure.

The intent is to keep the 321 as shipped.
