Return to a great race site. Has been at least 15 years since we raced there. Last time we raced there, the whole front stretched was packed with spectators. Hopefully, everyone will put it on the 2016 calendar.

Probably the best river race course you'll ever find. Wide, but not too wide. Long enough...but not too long. And great water and town support. A real throwback to the old days. Hope the Dunkin' Donuts is still there.

The last race here was held in 1996 so this is the 20th year return of racing. The town's plan is for all day testing on Friday, August 19th and racing on the 20th and 21st. Kittanning is located about 1 hr north east of Pittsburgh, PA on the Allegheny River and yes, there is a Dunkin' Donuts. Plans are to have lots of food vendors in the park and entertainment Friday and Saturday evenings.
