Annual Meeting
The IOA’s 2015 racing season has come to a close and now it is time to start planning for 2016. The IOA’s Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, November 7 at the Fort Wayne Hilton Garden Inn. The meeting will run from noon to about 3pm. All are welcome to attend.
The Hilton Garden Inn is located at 8615 US 24 W, Fort Wayne, IN. This is at the intersection of US-24 and I-69.
Awards Banquet
A few hours after the meeting, we will have our awards banquet. Cocktail hour starts at 6pm and dinner will be at 7pm. Dinner is $35 per person and $15 for children age 10 or under. The awards ceremony will be free to attend. If you plan on attending the dinner, please call Gary Miller at 260-672-8270 right away. Dinner reservations should be made before Friday, October 23. If you make a dinner reservation, you must pay for it. Even if you cancel. we sill still need payment. In the past we have had people reserve dinners then not show up and every dinner not paid for comes out of the clubs pocket.
Hotel rooms are $89 per night. Be sure to mention you are with the IOA when making your room reservations. Call the Hilton Garden Inn at 260-435-1777.
The block of hotel rooms set aside for us will be available until Friday, October 16, so you should make your room reservations before then. We hope to see you there!
