I just got home from Thompson Ct. and I want to say Bruce Nichols and the southshore guys have done a GREAT job with their junior division. There were 8 J hydros on the water, 5 J runabouts, and 6 AX hydros. the amazing thing is there are more coming just in region 1. The kids just love being together and racing each other. The level of competition is very high with most everyone being very competitive, and both parents and kids being just GREAT people to spend time with. The proof of their success is the way the older kids are moving up in class with Fast Jack and Erin Woodle being VERY competitive racing in their new classes (Erin even took a heat win in the A hydro class). Way to go Bruce all your hard work is paying off......

Great observation Charlie. The sanction for the 9th Annual Kingston Fall Classic in Kingston, NH September 26-27th has been submitted and ALL J Classes are included. Now if we can only get Dan Parker to attend, we will have five JU drivers from 1963 on hand. Now that is certainly a testimonial to the sport.
