Grass lake, July 10-12

I received an invite from Elek Hutchinson for the Grass Lake event next month so I can get my daughter into the driver course on the 10th (she was unable to make the course at the Franklin event). We are planning to be there, so just want to know if there is a form we need to fill out and get sent to the local club, or what? Want to be sure she can get the course as I know there is a limit on number of drivers.
