How to remove stuck prop?

Prop has been removed and after a little clean up on the two surfaces all appears to be ok.

I sprayed it with penetrating oil periodically for a couple days to give it time to work then used the welding gloves and two sets of strong hands technique suggested earlier and we are good to go now. Thanks again to everyone who took the time to respond and offer suggestions
