  • 302 Sparkplug Gap

    Replacing the sparkplugs (NGK B9ES) in my 302 for the first time. Old plugs are .035 gap but not sure if that is the best setting. Any 302 gurus willing to share your recommendation for gap setting?.

    Per the 302 manual 0.020" but that is usually changed..

    I would think with a CD ignition you could push 0.025" to get a bit better spark exposure.
