NO new engines or changes in 250cc MOD classes

OK, I'm so confused. While I don't run MOD's, I do try and stay up on what is going on. I thought the MORC passed to allow the 15 Sidewinder in the 250R & 250H classes? Now it has to go to vote. Or am I wrong?

the MORC approved it, but has to go to vote to the class members to approve/disapprove, as all new motors are required to do .......

Assuming the B/15 Sidewinder is in question. I thought that with the success of the 20SW they discontinued the 15/B?
