Fire Fly a division of Hertz rents higher mileage cars for very low rates. I believe you can get one for under $20 a day. I did recently for a mid size car for I recall $27 per day. Although you won't be able to drop it in Lake Alfred as you would need to return it to Orlando.

Orlando and lake Alfred are only about 20-30 minutes depending on where in Orlando you are so driving back is no big deal
