Check the Glen-L Marine website for at least 300 boat plans that you can order, also the Clark Craft website, which has plans for at least one Hal Kelly boat from the 1950s.Comment

Dillon Racing sells mono plans, but just a bit shy of your 14' hull length. Write them and ask if they can be stretched. Who knows, they might be working on a longer design.Comment
