Ryan said (through his legal team ) he has no intention of paying anything. We are of course hoping they don't sue. We have a whole team of lawyers working on the case as we speak. We're also hoping the race chairman (Worm) isn't named in a suit too.

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but doesn't the APBA Sanction Insurance cover this? If it doesn't, then what are we paying it for?

Hoax or cover-up? I would like to see pictures of the real dock, the boat in question and the levels of epoxy at the time of the crash.

I am calling NBC for the movie rights. Movie could start with boat racer intervention and then a flash back to happy birth.

All I will say on the matter is this: The boat sustained little damage(thanks no doubt to remarkable construction abilities of my father, considering I nailed the sh*t out of that dock). And secondly the dock looked as good as ever, I would have no problem walking on it(after a few beers of course).
