new rules for d-stock

I'm trying to find the new rules from apba site pertaining to the 44c.i. super thunderbolt motor being used in d-stock.thanks mike

At the APBA site, go to "NEWS" and select "Stock Outboard" from the category list. Then choose "Stories per page: 30" and click "Search". This will bring up all the recent "Stock Outboard News".

There is an article dated APRIL 15, 2005 from the Stock Chairman, about 44XS changes, but I'm not sure if that's the info you are looking for.

I've been told by APBA HQ that all rule books will soon be placed on the APBA site, and will be found under "Downloads". These will be formatted in pdf, and will always be available for answering messages like these. I think it's a terrific idea!

I'll contact APBA HQ and see if I can get a date when this is expected to be done.
