Ok ... I'll try again ...

Dean, anyone ... fill us in on the HotRod engine status. Are the gearcases out yet? What is the latest on the new engines ... "A" engine status etc.

Hot Rod Status

This is what I know: Gearcases for the OMC/Merc A are finished and available. Contact Cooper Jess or Ed Runne. The exemption from the EPA was obtained about a month ago and so movement on the rest of the engine parts is underway. They'll be making a run of new crankshafts shortly. After, that, they'll be able to sell completely new B Stock Motors. I understand that, after that, they'll be making new blocks for the new A Stock engines. That's the best I know right now. I was hoping that someone directly associated with Hot Rod would respond to your post but I know that Sutherland is busy helping getting stuff together for Grass Lake this weekend. 14-H.

Sorry, Ed is right....

This is Grass Lake weekend and that is my race, I will be out until Mon.

I have been holding off on a release waiting to get some concrete results and dates. I will form one and post early next week.
