I am not bringing the 350 since we didn't get any responses....thanks again Jerry for the offer for trailer space but I won't be needing it...let me know if any of you are going up early, thanks.......look forward to seeing you all at the race...
Thanks Mike but it ends up that I can't get Friday off. I wanted to test the D since we worked on the mag but Steve is going to let me use one of his again....thanks Steve....
The word on the street (or water) is that the turn out of "D" boats could be
three from the Franck stable, three from the Johnson trailer, one from Tippy, three from Hauenstein's, one from Neises, one from Erikstrup, two or four from a Terzinski or two and maybe another ghost rider (Kip) from Wisconsin. Us Minnesota racers will surely appreciate anyone that ones to run. Welcome!
That's a bummer the 350 will not be there Tippy. I was hoping to see some. But it sounds like there will be plenty of D's. Can't wait to meet all you guys. See ya Saturday morning.

Can you was Windy. The OPC boys ran there classes and the DMR ran. To windy for the Hydro's. Boy Mr.Hauenstein that DMR is fast and looks like it handles the rough water nice.
Thanks to all that made me feel at home in the pits. Sure brought back some childhood memories. That was the first race I have been to in 20 years.
Nice to have meet a couple of you that post here.

I want to say thankyou to Steve Johnson and Jerry Neises for letting me pilot their DMR and DSH. Two classes I'd love to race. I owe you guys a ride or two in My stuff. I've said that before but this time lets collect!
We sure did have fun (Doc's included). Even Fred and Linda H. kicked up a heal or two to that band. Thanks to the Wisconsin contingent. Even though Saturday was overly windy, Sunday was probably the best race water we've seen in a long time. It's not often that you see a Minnesota lake that stays dead calm all day. As for Joe, I'm glad you could take it for a ride. Until next year.....
