Saturday: The race started in the rain. The rain did stop about 1/3 in to the 43 mile race. Mullett Lake was rougher than normal, especially the north part of the lake. There were 19 CSRs entered. Winner was Tim Ross, 2nd Kim Park, 3rd Richard Runnie, 4th was Pete Schawb, who since seeing the race at 7 years of age had always wanted to race in Top 'O. He got his chance 50 years later. Both Craig Bowman's & Butch Ott's race ended when they "stuffed" in Mullett Lake. 12th was Carl W, our diver from region 11. Darrell Sorensen did not finish
DSR had 11 entries Wayne Blomberg wis the winner, his boat powered by a 55H. Sunday's course will cover Burt & Crooked Lakes and Crooked & Indian Rivers.
