For those amoung us with an interest in both racing and photography, you might enjoy an article in the june issue of Popular Photography. It features F. Peirce Williams, and the secrets of a NASCAR photographer. Williams started out as a boat race photographer and still likes it as his favorite subject. At the Daytona 500 in February he made the national news as the subject of a crash photo (below). That is him, upside-down, between the car and the wall. He has been to Millville, the best spot for race shots, several times and many in the northeast and region 4 enjoy have purchased his work.
