Would someone please tell me the section,rule,paragraph or something that says that you must have deck numbers on a stock hydro.I can find where it is recomended(Page 10,rule 6,paragraph 2).Thanks in advance.

I checked with Ed Hearn in a private email, and was told that they are not required, only recommended.
I believe he said no one was perfect.

stock,mod,pro 2005 rule book etc. rule 6 (2) page 10. it is recommended that hydroplanes have deck nbrs. So you do not have to have them. Had an inspector attempt to pitch the C21 boat out couple years ago. His attempt failed.bill bComment
