'93? I know you guys were there, but Tim's boat has an Australian flag on it. I guess that was left over from the 500cc WC held at Lakeland, FL on the October 9/10 of '93. What month was Denton?

Boat weight, were y'all lifting the boat with Tim in it? Everybody wants a lightweight boat that last forever That boat was probably a retired "Proprider"

I don't know about "Proprider", but every couple of races I had to help Tim replace a rivet or two in the hull plates. I think it was one of y'alls early boats that you were building using the retired light cruisers.....

The correct year had to be 1994.
He had to put a small Australian flag on the boat for the 500 Worlds at Lakeland in 1993, he was driving for Australia that year. I think Tim had to fashion the flag from duct tape, after he found out what the flag actually looked like. That race was late in 1993 so this photo had to be at Denton the next year in 1994.
The boat may have been heavy but it was a pleasure to drive a real cruiser.
