Indiana Outboard Association 2014 Schedule

We have finalized our Schedule for the 2014 Racing Season. The sanctions have not yet been approved but the dates are set. In addition to the following races, Dayton Ohio will count towards IOA year end club points.

Huntington Indiana - June 7 & 8

Hillsdale Michigan - June 21 & 22

Hillsdale Michigan - September 6 & 7

Alexandria Kentucky - September 27 & 28

First Hillsdale race

I am confused with the first Hillsdale race date, Is it June 21-22 or July 19-20,
July 21-22 is a Monday and Tuesday? I travel from the East Coast to Hillsdale and I want to make sure I have the correct dates. Thank you. Hillsdale is one of the best races in the country.

Rabbitears - glad to hear your making the trip. Who is this and what classes do you run?

Note that the IOA redesigned the first turn last year and I've been told it's much better. Lanes 2 through 6 can get through at full speed.

I was sorry to see the race schedule for June 21. We have a race with great tow money and prize($5000) that day. We could make both races bigger by having different dates.

It is the Forino Racing Team and can't wait for the race. We hope to have our 750ccmr,500ccmh and hopefully 500ccmr this year. We love I.O.A's hospitality
when we make the trip,they treat us like family. If you haven't raced there I STRONGLY suggest you make the trip. The american legion welcomes you twice a year with open arms and good food and camping. You get a chance to run against the best mods in the country bar none. Who could ask for anything more,except for a second race in Sept. going to make that one too.

I guess the rumor about moving the summer Hillsdale race to July, is just that...a rumor. Wish it was true as I won't be able to make the June event.
