Can you name the year and location of the cover photo without looking inside the magazine? Love the bell bottom jeans :-)

First picture, Larry Burns in front, Bill Hodgson in the hat and behind him is Ernie Wilson.
In the last picture the two number 8 boats are mine, CSH merc on a coutts hydro and the other is a BSH merc 20H on a Tom Utman hedland style hydro.
