This was in the Spokesman-Review in Spokane, WA. Which recently had an H-1 unlimited event at near by Cour de'lane, ID. Pretty sure the 100k was to put on that race.

Referring to opinion article: The people in Spokane are kinda stuck in the middle for any boat racing. There's not a lot of exposure. Most Seattle Outboard races are 5 hours away, besides Moses Lake, which is 2 hours away. Spokane has a local NBRA/AOF affiliate club called Stateline. And the Montana guys are 6-8 hours away. The Cour de'lane race was the first unlimited event in over 40 years. I did hear it went well as far as fans showing up,etc.

Kyle a little correction to the facts. Stateline is an AOF affiliated club and Montana Outboard Racing is an NBRA affiliated club.
