Attn. Editor (complaint department desk) back in the early 70s or so I sent in a pre paid subscription for one years worth of the ROC .Since then I have only received one copy.When I received the cancelled check back it smelled like BEER what up ? . I hope my subscription money was not used for A hydrolic lunch. Cant weight for the next copy.

At 25 cents per copy, that must have been quite a setback. No wonder you still hold a grudge. In todays inflation adjusted money, your talking big bucks. How is it you can still afford to race? Albiet occasionally. I'll bet if we had a fund drive we could raise $12. or $13 to get you to Millville if you can break away from you aluminum can collecting business for two days without going into bankruptcy!
