You can run a C stock hydro in 500 mod hydro as is & with an easy to install restrictor plate your good to go in 20SSH, [don't let the restriced thing discourage... its a fast & competitive class]. You could go OSY400 too if its being run. That I'd think makes CSH the most versatile boat for racing.

An experienced driver with a Y1O2 CSH stepped up to CmodH last SAT in Gravenhurst, ON, nailed the start, and won the 2nd heat.
He had one of those Reed boats we some times see up here, but not sure if that helped or not,
