You still have the field for parking, They just dont want anyone to camp there. I would guess call the camp grounds #.

Happy 4th everyone and Happy Birthday America. Proud to be an American where you can boat race at one of the best race sites in the country, at West Thompson Dam in Ct. Lets talk it up racers and make sure you get your classes ready and communicate with your competitors on whose coming.
Lets get this roll call really rolling. Let me start:
Team Forino: ASH,750mr and 500mh.
Set up is Thursday afternoon for those of you who want to help. Testing Friday.
Lets make this one of the largest races on the East coast this year. Come one,come all to the greatest show on earth (H20).

Keep that for next year. I just did a quick look on the website and it looks like it is all booked. You could take a chance and drive in there, there is a first come first serve where campers leave giving an open campsite availability.

One more thing..... the West Thompson Fire Dept. will be having a Roast Beef Dinner Sat. night at their fire house pass the dam on the right. 5-8pm.

It'll be a tight squeeze, but we can likely fit you into a third tent on site-20 for both Friday & Saturday nights. No room for your truck though.

I'm looking for an RV campsite for the race. I didn't make prior arrangements because I wasn't sure i could make the trek to CT. I would like an electric hookup, but I can run self contained if need be.
