2004 Stock Outboard Rookie of the Year

The Stock Outboard Category annually awards Rookie-of-the-Year-honors to the Stock rookie driver who garners the most points in any single class. This year, Region 7's Jennifer Przybyla is the Stock Outboard Rookie of the Year with 2032 points from 14 races in the very competitive A Stock Hydro Class. Jennifer is the daughter of long-time Region 7 racer-turned-inspector, Roger Przybyla. Congratulations! --- Ed Hearn, SO Chairman.
