  • Lawrence Lake Mile and 2/3

This will be region 10's first race this season with Hagg lake getting canceled. Stock and mod classes on the the sanction include CSR, CSH, DSH, ASH, CMH, 20SSH, and D mod hydro. The entry fee is $80 dollars for the WEEKEND...not per day. See you all there! Oh ya, make sure you leave your pets home. Dave

Dave, I heard you and Daren have a bet: if Daren gets more CMHs to show than DSHs, you have to pay for all the CSH entry fees... Thanks Dave, youre a great guy. Get to work!

Dave, last I looked I did not see 20ssH on the sanction I will check again,

I did send a e-mail out to JM and Jdub (class reps mod division ) about a couple of rules that I will be looking closely at, no need to toss someone over the record for a non speed violation, and remember, this will be our first race here in region 10 this season, read the rule book and be in compliance its not that hard.

I have 2013 stickers as well as Dave to be sure to check in early and get safety inspected, remember MOD racers this also includes your safety gear.

      thanks,
      C.C.

Have you read the new rule yet?

            16. An annual technical inspection of all boats is required prior to competition. A sticker shall be affixed to any boat that meets all safety requirements. Such approval expires each October 31. In Modified Outboard there shall be a mandatory inspection of racing equipment and safety equipment (helmet, life jacket, etc.) at the first race attended and at the National Championship each year. A sticker shall be affixed to each boat that passes inspection. If a boat returns to inspection after the completion of a race with a valid inspection sticker (local for local race, national for Nationals) it cannot be disqualified for a non-speed advantage safety violation. A warning shall be issued. The violation shall be corrected before the boat is allowed to race again.

Hmmm....I wonder if booze was involved with the bet...cause I sure don't remember making it..lol. I have 2013 safety stickers. Not sure who the stock inspector is, but I will be glad to do safety inspections Friday and Saturday. I took the class list directly off the online sanction at the APBA website. Davey
