Return to Neosho, WI

After about a 30 year hiatus, BSOA is returning to the Neosho Race site!!

The dates are set for August 24-25 and the Fire Department will be there with concessions. Neosho is small, but easy to find as you head North on hwy 67 and it goes right through the town (about 20 minutes North of Oconomowoc)

Details are still being worked out but there is a campground and hotels in the nearby town of Hartford.

Make plans to be there!!

That was " THE " BSOA race.

Back in the day, morning pancake breakfast, carnival, Sunday Turkey dinner and Pabst was the sponser. The annual Pabst trophy was awarded. What happened to the trophy?

Every class winner got a case of beer per day, per win. Hank Menzies would take home 6 or 7 cases of beer on a good weekend.

Ron Hill learned the hard way about region 7 DSR in route to the nationals. I think he won the the nationals the next week.

If I can, a road trip would be great!
