Swain, you come to Lucas and I will make sure you and your boys have a spot in our "suite" for the dirt track race that Saturday night. Good times my friend, good times. Bryan Tharp

Too bad it rained last year and cancelled the dirt track race. We did have fun closing down the track bar though that night. Awesome fun place. Tharp, I think you still owe me a beer from that night. But then again I am not real sure... LOL !!!

                New Racer

Welcome to Cody Crouse and his father Chad, who just purchased John Finn's Sorenson C runabout. Cody is in Braxton Miller's class at Grove, ok high school. He will run a mod y80 in the C mod runabout class. You just have to weigh 420lbs while the 25cubic inch 302,102, 202 need to weigh 475lbs. Other motors are legal C motors at 22ci OMC, B mod Hot Rod all at different weights. Grove Race is the Short Course Nationals, City of Grove is a great host.

For those of you chasing points Trout Creek is also a Short Course Nationals so points and a half is what the rule book says I believe. Trout Creek is also a great host city. Last year dinner was provided to drivers and their families and crew on Friday and Saturday night by the restaurants in town as well as live entertainment. There was a micro brew sampling too! The club provided lunch on Sunday to racers and their families.

Welcome to hydroracer, we hope you enjoy your visit.

                    For Doc....

I was just comparing these dates with some apba ones... I noticed a few potential problems amybe someone could clarify??

June 14/16 Grove, Ok RD Doc Miller s/c Nat.
-------I had notes saying this one was Cxled cuz of some Bass-Fishing Tourney??

July 4/5 Tuscaloosa, Al RD Jason Summerall
-------The 4th & 5th falls on a Thurs & Fri -is this correct?

Ive been including nbra dates on our local calendar for a few years now. This gives our Apba guys options when looking for a race -when we dont have one!
