In 1967 or 8, Buzz Godfrey and I went to a race , either Jersey or Pa. I put my AU on Buzz's trailer and we took his father's station wagon. During the night we got a flat and a helpful garage owner sold us a used Baldini for all the money we had in our pockets. The next morning we were trying to figure out how to get home. Then Bill Giles shoed up. He had taken uo a collection in the pits and gave us enough for registration, food and gas home.
