Special thanks to the forward thinking 2013 APBA Modified Outboard Racing Commission!
Now, instead of a Stock only membership this year, I will be purchasing a super driver license so I can race mod also for the first time in my career.
Why?
The Mercury 25XS engine in a stock configuration with restrictor plate is now a legal prototype engine in the 400cch class!
This will be a fun experiment and will help both classes.
