Hello, I have a boat that uses this for the decks. I would like to get the contact info for the wood. Thank you. Syd

Twelve containers of Honduras mohogany!! That is glorious stuff. But isn't it a bit dense and heavy for raceboats?

              that is true

yes the wood is heavy, but i figured that someone may know someone who does restorations who might be interested. just putting out the feelers and see what happens. but then again gary augustine may be able to build will a new boat and not have to put in all that lead

                Mahogany

Sure it is a little on the heavy side but is sure is strong. We have been building B runabouts out of it from 1965 and restoring some that are older. They last for ever. The old style B Speedliner fully equipped with hardware will weigh about 125 pounds.
